PRO TIP: Skip the iOttie app completely. Just pair via Bluetooth to your phone (worked fine with my iPhone 13), then use the regular Alexa app. Way simpler!

The charging ports are legit - my phone charges crazy fast while my passenger can juice up their device too. That blue status light? Perfect brightness - not blinding at night.

BUT... there's some quirks:

- If your car has limited space, measure first! The square top is bulkier than expected
