The resistance levels are perfect for gradually building up strength. I started with level 1 and can already feel my core getting stronger after just two weeks of use.

The LCD monitor is a game-changer! Being able to track my reps and calories burned keeps me motivated. Just remember to buy a AA battery separately.

As someone who's 5'6", the size works perfectly for me. But I can see how taller folks might find it a bit short based on other reviews.

The foldable design is genius – I can tuck it under my bed when not in use. Super convenient for small apartments!
