Let me start by saying this little white box is a BEAST when it comes to coverage. I installed it in my two-story brick house, and it punches through walls like they're made of paper. The dual-band Wi-Fi 6 performance is legit - my iPhone now gets full bars in places where my old router left me staring at that spinning wheel of death.
The setup process? Not exactly plug-and-play. You'll need some basic networking knowledge (or YouTube tutorials) to configure it properly. The web interface feels a bit dated, and finding the 'Apply Changes' button is like playing hide-and-seek. Pro tip: Use the mobile app instead - it's way more intuitive.
Performance-wise, I'm getting consistent 800Mbps+ speeds on my 5GHz network when standing near the AP. Move two rooms away, and it still delivers solid 400Mbps. The band steering works magically - no more manually switching between 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks.
Now for the not-so-great parts: The ceiling mount kit should really be included (it's sold separately). Also, be prepared to buy a power adapter since none comes in the box - pretty annoying for a $200+ device. And if you're not using PoE, that ugly power brick will dangle somewhere.
For small businesses or tech-savvy home users who want enterprise-grade reliability without subscription fees, this is golden. But if you just want something simple for your grandma's condo, look elsewhere.
