As someone who spends 10+ hours daily staring at screens, these glasses have been a revelation. The subtle yellow tint doesn't distort colors like cheaper blue-light glasses I've tried, making graphic design work surprisingly comfortable.
The photochromic feature works better than expected - during my lunch walks, they darken just enough to handle sunlight without making me look like a bug-eyed secret agent indoors. I've caught myself forgetting to take them off after coming back inside multiple times!
That said, they're not perfect. The frames do feel slightly flimsy (mine developed a wiggle after 3 months), and the lenses scratch if you so much as look at them wrong. But for the price? Absolute steal compared to my $200 prescription pair that does half the job.
Pro tip: Keep them in the microfiber pouch religiously - my first pair met its demise in a purse with keys. Now I keep backups at my desk, in my car, and by my bedside because yes, they really do help with sleep when used at night.
