Let me start by saying this dispenser is absolutely stunning. The soft grey ceramic has that perfect 'Instagrammable' matte finish that makes my bathroom look like a luxury spa. Every guest comments on it.

But here's the reality check - it's terrifyingly fragile. I've had mine for 3 months, and I treat it like newborn baby. No sudden movements near the sink! The pump mechanism works fine for me (unlike some reviews), but I only fill it halfway to prevent leakage.

The design is genius though - the angular shape feels amazing in hand, and the dispensing action is satisfyingly smooth. Just don't expect durability. At this price point, I wish they'd used thicker ceramic or added rubber grips.

Would I buy again? Only if they make an unbreakable version. For now, it's beautiful shelf candy that gives me daily anxiety.
