I recently got my hands on the Pssoss Photo Album, and let me tell you - that linen cover had me at hello! The gray fabric feels luxe to the touch, like something you'd find in a fancy stationery shop. It's got this minimalist Scandinavian vibe that makes it perfect for displaying on your coffee table.
The 5x7 size is what really sold me though. Not too big, not too small - just right for showcasing special moments without overwhelming your shelves. I've been using mine to organize wedding photos, and each picture pops beautifully against the thick matte pages.
Here's where it gets interesting: those writing spaces next to each photo pocket are a game changer! I've been jotting down little memories like "Aunt Linda's legendary dance moves" and it adds such a personal touch. Though fair warning - gel pens will smudge on these pages, so stick to ballpoints.
Now for the not-so-great part: sliding photos in feels like performing delicate surgery. The pockets are tight (which keeps photos secure), but I definitely held my breath the first few times. One of my pages did get a small tear when I was overzealous with a particularly thick photo.
The album holds exactly 30 photos - perfect if you're curating special moments rather than dumping your entire camera roll. I actually love this limitation because it forces me to choose only the best shots worth preserving in physical form.
Would I recommend it? Absolutely - especially as a gift for new parents or couples. Just be patient when loading photos, maybe keep some double-sided tape handy just in case, and you'll have a beautiful keepsake that looks way more expensive than it actually is!
