As someone who's been using the Garmin Forerunner 265S for several months now, I can confidently say it's one of the best fitness watches I've ever owned. The 42mm size is absolutely perfect for my smaller wrist (160mm circumference) - it sits comfortably without feeling bulky like some other sports watches.
The AMOLED display is stunning - colors pop and it's easily readable even in bright sunlight. I especially love how customizable the watch faces are, allowing me to prioritize the stats that matter most to me during workouts.
Battery life has been phenomenal. With daily GPS workouts and sleep tracking, I only need to charge about once a week - a huge upgrade from my previous smartwatch that needed daily charging. The training metrics are incredibly detailed, with my favorite being the Training Readiness score that helps me know when to push hard or take it easy.
The only minor complaint? I wish Garmin offered more official band options. While third-party bands work fine, having more color/material choices directly from Garmin would be nice.
For runners or fitness enthusiasts with smaller wrists who want serious tracking capabilities without sacrificing comfort, the Forerunner 265S is hands-down one of the best options available today.
