I've been using the TechRise alarms for about a month now, and they've become my go-to security solution for multiple spots around the house. The installation was ridiculously easy - just peel and stick. Though I did reinforce a couple with extra adhesive after reading reviews, they've held up perfectly on my windows and back door.

What really stands out is the versatility. I use the loud alarm mode for my basement windows (that 100dB scream would scare off anyone), while keeping the chime mode for my kids' rooms. My 7-year-old loves 'being in charge' of his own door alarm, and I love knowing if he tries to sneak out at night.

The three volume settings are genius. Medium volume works great for daytime when we're home, while high volume comes on at night. I even stuck one on our cat flap after Mr. Whiskers kept bringing in 'presents' - now I know exactly when he comes and goes.

Battery life seems good so far, and having them pre-installed was a nice touch. My only minor gripe? I wish there was a slight delay before the alarm triggers - opening my shed door sets it off immediately. But for home security, they're perfect. At this price point, I'll definitely be buying another set for our vacation cabin.
