Okay, so I just finished this book and wow—it’s a LOT. First off, the title is... bold. Like, 'cure for ALL diseases' bold. But hey, the author isn’t shy about his claims, and honestly? Some of it makes scary sense.
The magnesium chapter (p.151-174) blew my mind. Did you know blood tests don’t accurately measure magnesium levels? I didn’t! I’ve had muscle cramps for years, and now I’m side-eyeing my doctor hard.
Fair warning: this isn’t for government-trusting folks. The book basically says modern medicine wants you sick enough to keep paying. Dark? Yes. Plausible? *glances at pharmacy bills* Also yes.
Biggest gripe? No references for studies mentioned. Author, if you’re reading this—please add footnotes in the next edition! The info feels legit, but I wanna fact-check without Googling like a maniac.
Update: Been taking vitamin D3 + K2 + magnesium for 3 weeks now. Too early for miracles, but my sleep’s better. Will report back if I suddenly become immortal.
TL;DR: Read with an open mind, fact-check as you go, and maybe don’t show this to your MD unless they’re cool with conspiracy theories.
