Size is a major issue. At 17 inches wide, it didn't fit comfortably over my standard American toilet. I ended up placing it next to the toilet instead, which still works but defeats the 'over toilet' purpose.

On the plus side, the three tiers do provide decent storage. I use the top for decorative items, middle for daily essentials, and bottom for cleaning supplies. The black finish looks modern and hides dust well.

Biggest complaint? Quality control. Like other reviewers, I received a package with missing parts. Customer service did eventually send replacements, but it was an unnecessary hassle.

Bottom line: If you have a small bathroom and a narrow toilet, this might work as a basic organizer. But if you're looking for something sturdy or have a standard-sized toilet, keep looking.
