Just got these USHAKE aluminum cages for my mountain bike, and here's the real deal:

The Good: Super lightweight (61g each!) and came with all necessary screws. Installed in 2 minutes with the included hex key. Holds my 26oz bottle securely even on rough trails—no rattling!

Heads Up: As others mentioned, standard plastic bottles might wobble. My Gatorade fits perfectly, but my friend’s thinner bottle kept falling out. Also, the aluminum DOES scratch bottles over time (my Hydro Flask shows battle scars).

Unexpected Win: These actually work great as speaker mounts! Used one to secure a JBL Flip to my kayak.

Verdict: Fantastic value for the price if your bottle matches their size range (2.75-3” diameter). Would buy again, but maybe not for delicate aluminum bottles.
