Okay, so I've been using these calcium carbonate capsules for about 3 months now and here's the tea ☕️

First off - the size is PERFECT. I've struggled with horse-pill sized supplements before, but these are tiny and easy to swallow. Major win for us pill-haters!

My doctor said I needed more calcium after some test results, and these have actually worked?? Got retested last week and my levels improved. Science!

The bottle lasts forever (360 capsules!) and I take 2 with breakfast. No weird aftertaste or stomach issues which I sometimes get with other brands.

Only con - the bottle isn't childproof. If you've got curious kiddos, maybe store it up high.

Would I buy again? Already did! Got one for me and my aunt who swears by them too. Solid 4.8/5 🌟
