Okay, WOW. Just finished Iron Flame and my heart is still racing like a dragon in mid-flight. Rebecca Yarros didn't just meet expectations—she set them on fire (literally, with dragon flames).
Violet's second year at Basgiath? Brutal. Beautiful. Addictive. The tension with Xaden had me fanning myself one minute and throwing the book across the room the next (don't worry, I caught it). That Chapter 48? *chef's kiss*
The dragons stole every scene they were in—Tairn's sass and Andarna's glow-up? Iconic. But fair warning: the cliffhanger ending left me screaming into my pillow. Still not over it.
10/10 would recommend, but clear your schedule first. This book demands your full attention (and possibly emotional support snacks).
