Pros: Sturdy PP plastic, folds flat for storage, and the 6-width adjustment fits my bagels AND giant sourdough. Also used it to slice spam (don’t judge—perfect portions for grilling!).

Cons: The sides could be taller for 2lb loaves—you’ll need to eyeball the first cut. And yeah, the plastic scratches easily, but sandpaper fixes that.
