The GOOD: That "read before you buy" feature? GENIUS. Saved me from buying 3 terrible rom-coms that had cute covers but awful plots. The audiobook selection surprised me - perfect for my commute!

The BAD: Canceling was like solving a Rubik's cube blindfolded. Had to Google "how to not get charged after free trial" like 5 times. Pro tip: Set a phone reminder 2 days before trial ends!

The UGLY: Magazine section feels like someone's weird aunt's basement collection. Mostly outdated issues of fishing magazines??

Final verdict: Worth it for the trial if you're a bookworm, but set those cancellation reminders! The selection's decent but not ALL books are included - still found myself buying some titles separately.
