Okay, so I've been using this LEVOIT thermostat for about 2 months now, and here's the real tea ☕️

The Good Stuff:
- That auto heat/AC switch is a LIFESAVER during weird desert weather (no more waking up to a freezing house because I forgot to switch modes)
- Setup was surprisingly easy - took me like 20 minutes while sipping my morning coffee
- The touchscreen? Chef's kiss 👌 Way more responsive than my old Honeywell

Not-So-Good Stuff:
- Why does the screen go COMPLETELY dark? Like, I get saving energy but at least give me a dim mode?
- Had this weird blower motor double-start issue (Levoit suggested a fix but it didn't work for me)
- Font size could be bigger - my grandma would need binoculars to read it

Pro Tip:
TAKE PICTURES of your old thermostat wiring before uninstalling! Saw some folks got screwed by compatibility issues.

Overall? 8/10 - does what it promises but has some quirks. Would I buy again? Probably, but only if my current one dies.
