Okay, so I'm officially too lazy to reach for a fan switch now. This little white rectangle lets me yell 'Alexa, fan speed 2' like some spoiled tech emperor. The installation was shockingly simple - just make sure you've got that neutral wire (mine did, phew).

The LED speed indicators are brighter than my future, which is great for midnight 'I need airflow but not hurricane mode' adjustments. Scheduling fan routines through Alexa means my bedroom is now climate-controlled like a fancy hotel room.

Warning though: if your current setup uses RF instead of wired connections, this won't work. Also iPhone users might wanna brace for some Alexa app tantrums during setup (mine required more resets than my sleep schedule).

But once it's working? Pure magic. Four speeds, voice control, and not having to get out of bed - worth every penny of not-being-rich money I spent.
