Love how lightweight it is (only 21.2 lbs!) and folds up super compact. Fits in my tiny car trunk without a hassle. The adjustable footrests and handles are a dream—customized it for my mom’s height in minutes.

The cup holder and shopping bag are nice touches, but the storage bag does fall off sometimes. Not a dealbreaker, just a minor annoyance.
