Okay, so I finally got around to using this Akona bonding agent for a small patio project last month. Here's the real deal:

First off - the smell? Yeah, it's pretty intense when you first open it. Not gonna lie, I almost thought it went bad. But apparently that's normal for these types of products.

Performance-wise, this stuff actually works really well! I mixed it with some fresh concrete for stepping stones, and they've held up perfectly through some crazy temperature swings already. No cracks or chips yet.

One thing that confused me - the instructions only talk about mixing it in, but the product images show it being brushed on. I tried both ways and mixing definitely works better in my experience.

Price seems fair compared to similar products. Would I buy again? Probably, but I'll make sure to work in a well-ventilated area next time because wow, that odor is something else!
