Okay, so I finally caved and bought the Vanity Fair Women's Bra with convertible straps. Here’s the tea:
First off, the fit is *chef’s kiss*. I’m a 34DD, which is basically a unicorn size in stores, but this bra nails it. No wire, no spillage, and the band doesn’t ride up—even when I tighten the straps. The fabric is soft, and the nude color disappears under clothes. Major win.
BUT (why is there always a but?) the quality control is… questionable. I bought three identical bras, and each had a different annoying flaw. One had a plastic clasp that left red marks, another had a pokey band edge, and the third? Honestly, I forgot, but it was something. My skin’s sensitive, so maybe it’s me, but c’mon.
The convertible straps? Cute in theory, but I’ve never used them. Also, the adjusters don’t hold well—constant strap slippage. And the sizing isn’t *perfectly* consistent across bras, but the cup/band fit is, so I’ll let it slide.
Pros: Looks smooth under tees, lifts nicely, and the price fluctuates (snag it on sale!). Cons: Random irritations and strap drama. Still, I’d repurchase. My back says ‘ahhh,’ and that’s what matters.
