First off, if you're in complex sales like me, the frameworks here are GOLD. The way they break down account management? Chef's kiss. I've been using some of these techniques since the 90s and they still hold up.
But here's the tea - the 2011 update feels like they just slapped on some new tech terms. Like when your grandma tries to be hip by saying 'hashtag' wrong. The core content is fire though.
Pro tip: Skip the first two chapters if you've read the original. Straight to the good stuff!
Would I recommend? Heck yes, but maybe buy used. Not sure it's worth full price for what's essentially a polish job.
