Okay, so I've been rocking these Ray-Ban Meta glasses for about a month now, and here's the real tea ☕
First off - they look SO GOOD. Like, people keep complimenting my 'regular sunglasses' not even realizing they're smart glasses. The Wayfarer style is just classic cool.
The camera feature? Game. Changer. I've captured so many spontaneous moments hands-free - my dog being derpy, sunset views during walks, you name it. The 12MP quality is legit for quick social media content.
But PSA: the 'Hey Meta' voice assistant is kinda trash? It drained my battery crazy fast and gave me wrong answers half the time. Just turn it off - the glasses work WAY better without it.
Audio quality shocked me though! Took a call while grocery shopping and it felt like the person was right next to me. Music sounds surprisingly full too, without annoying people around me.
Downsides? The transitions lenses don't darken enough for super sunny days (go polarized instead), and they did feel heavy at first until I got used to them.
Overall? 8.5/10 - perfect if you want subtle tech that doesn't scream 'nerd' but still delivers where it counts. Just skip the voice commands and you're golden.
