Okay, so I finally got my hands on this Legion Go dock and... wow. Just wow. It's like my handheld suddenly grew up and became a proper gaming PC.
The 4K support is no joke - playing Horizon Zero Dawn at 60Hz on my monitor gave me actual chills. The colors pop so much more than on the tiny screen.
Pro tip though: You NEED a stronger power supply. The included one just doesn't cut it when you've got everything hooked up. I learned that the hard way when my system kept throttling during intense fights.
The port selection is perfect - USB 3.0 for my controller dongles, Ethernet for lag-free multiplayer, and that sweet HDMI out. Though I wish they included a power brick... come on Lenovo, at this price point?
Design-wise, it's surprisingly sleek. Fits right into my gaming setup without looking like some ugly plastic brick. And that left-side power cable placement? Genius. No more awkward cable routing.
Is it pricey? Yeah. But after trying three cheaper docks that didn't work properly, this one just works. My Legion Go finally feels like the powerhouse it was meant to be.
