Just got these white metal bookends and wow – they're like invisible librarians holding my chaotic shelves together!

The weight distribution is genius. My chonky art books don't make them budge at all, yet they're slim enough to disappear against my white shelves. Major upgrade from my old plastic ones that kept doing the cha-cha slide.

Bonus points for the rounded corners - no more accidental shelf battlescars when reaching for books! The non-slip pads work... mostly. My one nitpick? Had to add some grippy tape for extra security on my glossy shelves.

PS - They moonlight beautifully as handbag dividers in my closet. Who knew bookends could be such multitaskers?
