Okay, so I've been wearing this APPBYER fitness watch for about two weeks now, and here's the real tea ☕
First off - that battery life is NO JOKE. I charged it once when I got it and it's still going strong 10 days later. My old fitness tracker needed charging every other day, so this is a massive upgrade.
The screen is seriously crisp and bright. Like, I can actually see it in direct sunlight which was a constant struggle with my previous tracker. The touch response is smooth too - no lag when swiping through menus.
Now the health tracking... it's pretty accurate from what I can tell. The heart rate matches my doctor's office readings, and the sleep tracking gives me interesting insights (turns out I toss and turn way more than I thought). Though I do wish I could manually adjust the sleep times like some reviewers mentioned.
Waterproofing works great for showers and rain, but I'm avoiding pools after reading about chlorine damaging the seals. The band itself is comfy - doesn't irritate my skin and stays put during workouts.
Biggest surprise? The menstrual cycle tracking is actually useful. Got a reminder when I was about to PMS and it saved me from wearing white pants that day 😅
Downsides? The app could be better. It's functional but has too many pop-ups about premium features. Also, if you have really small wrists, the face might be too long (saw some reviews mentioning this).
Overall? For the price, this is a solid fitness companion. It's not perfect, but it does way more than I expected. Would I buy it again? Probably, yeah.
