Let me start by saying this Lenovo ThinkCentre AIO is a BEAST when it comes to performance. That 13th Gen Intel i5 processor paired with 16GB DDR5 RAM? Butter-smooth multitasking - I regularly have 20+ Chrome tabs open while editing photos in Lightroom, and it doesn't even stutter.
The 27" touchscreen is where this machine really shines. The FHD resolution makes everything crisp, and the touch responsiveness is excellent for quick navigation. I've caught myself absentmindedly tapping the screen even when using the mouse - it's that intuitive.
Now for the not-so-great: The Windows Pro/Home license issue mentioned in reviews is REAL. I had to spend an annoying hour on the phone with Microsoft support to sort it out. For a premium-priced machine, this kind of oversight is unacceptable.
The Harman speakers deliver surprisingly good audio for an all-in-one - not quite Bose quality, but definitely better than most built-in PC speakers. The low blue light feature is a lifesaver during late-night work sessions.
One unexpected perk? That tilting hinge (-5° to 15°) makes a bigger difference than you'd think. Whether I'm working standing up or slouching on my chair, I can always find the perfect viewing angle.
Bottom line: If you can look past the Windows licensing headache (and maybe negotiate the price down), this is one of the most capable all-in-ones out there. Just be prepared to do some tech support gymnastics right out of the box.
