After testing the Fitbit Inspire 3 for several weeks, I'm genuinely impressed by how this little tracker punches above its weight class. The lilac bliss color is even prettier in person – it looks like a stylish bracelet rather than a clunky fitness device.
The battery life is where this device truly shines. Unlike my old smartwatch that needed daily charging, the Inspire 3 consistently lasts 6-7 days on a single charge. The included PremGear charging cable makes topping up quick and easy when needed.
Step tracking feels accurate during my daily walks and runs. I particularly appreciate how the Active Zone Minutes feature uses heart rate data to show when I'm in fat burn or cardio zones – it's helped me optimize my workouts significantly.
Sleep tracking has been mostly reliable for me, though I did notice it occasionally misses short wake periods at night. The Sleep Score breakdown (showing light, deep, and REM sleep) gives fascinating insights into my rest quality.
The slim silicone band is so comfortable I often forget I'm wearing it. I've showered with it on multiple times without issues, though I wouldn't recommend swimming with it.
My only minor gripe? The small screen can be tricky to read in bright sunlight. But for $99 with all these features (plus those handy included screen protectors), this is hands-down the best value fitness tracker I've tried.
