The inventory management kept me from overordering supplies again - goodbye, dusty box of unused printer cartridges!

But it's not all sunshine. The interface looks like it hasn't changed since 2005. And while most features worked perfectly (like the happy reviewer mentioned), I did have one scary moment where it froze during tax season. Thankfully the Business Care support got me sorted quickly.
