Okay, so I've been using the Fitbit Inspire 3 for about a month now, and here's the real tea ☕️
First off - the sleep tracking is LEGIT. I finally understand why I'm always tired - turns out I get like zero REM sleep. The breakdown of light/deep/REM stages is super helpful for adjusting my bedtime routine.
The heart rate monitoring has been surprisingly accurate compared to my doctor's office readings. Though fair warning - seeing your stress levels visualized can be... stressful 😅
Battery life is insane - I only charge it like once a week even with all features turned on. And yes, it totally survives showers and accidental pool dips (learned that one the hard way).
Not gonna lie, the rectangular shape took some getting used to. It sometimes bumps against my wrist bone when I'm wearing thick jackets. But it's so lightweight that I often forget I'm wearing it.
The app is where this really shines though. Being able to see all my stats in one place - steps, workouts, sleep, water intake - makes me feel like I've got my life together (even when I don't).
Would I recommend? Absolutely! It's not as flashy as an Apple Watch but gets the job done if you want serious health tracking without breaking the bank.
