Let me start by saying this dispenser looks *fantastic* on my bathroom counter. The sleek white design blends perfectly with modern decor, and the aromatherapy feature (I added lavender oil) makes handwashing feel like a spa moment.
The touchless sensor works... when it wants to. About 70% of the time, it dispenses foam instantly like promised. But that other 30%? Complete Russian roulette - sometimes it whirs but delivers nothing, other times it ignores my hand completely. Super frustrating when you're mid-recipe with messy kitchen hands.
When functional, the adjustable foam levels are genius. Green setting (2s) gives my husband enough soap for his big hands, while white (1s) is perfect for quick kid washes. No drips! Unlike cheaper models I've tried, this one actually keeps my counters clean.
Battery life is decent - lasts about 3 weeks with 4-5 daily uses before needing USB recharge. But be warned: the IPX5 waterproof rating doesn't mean waterproof! I learned the hard way after a splash caused temporary malfunction.
For $25, I expected better reliability. It's a love-hate relationship - when it works, I adore it; when it doesn't, I want to throw it out the window. Maybe wait for an upgraded version unless you enjoy tech tantrums with your hand hygiene.
