Okay, so I lost my original remote for my Midea AC unit (classic me) and had to hunt for a replacement. This one popped up with all those confusing model numbers, but hey—it worked!

First off, setup was stupid easy. Just popped in the battery and boom—it synced with my AC immediately. The green backlight is actually super handy for those midnight temperature adjustments when I’m too lazy to get up.

BUT… not everything’s perfect. The edges? Weirdly sharp? Like, who designed this—a ninja star enthusiast? Also, mine came preset to Celsius (ugh), and getting it to switch to Fahrenheit was like pulling teeth. Seller just kept saying ‘check the manual’… bro, there WAS no manual.

Still, for the price? Solid 4/5. It does its main job well, even if it feels like holding a tiny plastic weapon.
