Let me start by saying these Soda booties are my new obsession. The faux suede gives them a luxe look without the high-maintenance care of real suede. I’ve worn them everywhere from Sunday church services (yes, I’m that person racing around last-minute) to casual coffee dates, and they’ve held up beautifully.
The 1.5" stacked heel is the Goldilocks of heights - just enough lift to make your legs look great without killing your feet. I once wore them for an 8-hour shopping marathon (don’t judge) and my feet weren’t screaming at me afterward. The round toe gives your toes room to breathe, unlike some fashion boots that cramp your feet.
Now for the real talk - sizing is tricky. I’m usually a solid size 7, but had to exchange for a 7.5 as the ankle opening runs snug. Break-in time was minimal though - no painful blisters! The cognac color (my choice) has stayed vibrant despite multiple rainy day outings.
They pair amazingly with everything in my wardrobe - dresses for dressy occasions, skinny jeans for casual days, even with thick socks when the temperature drops. After three months of heavy rotation, they still look nearly new except for minor scuffing on the heel (easily fixed with a suede brush).
The only con? They run small as several reviewers noted. But once you nail the right size, these are absolute keepers that deliver style and comfort in one chic package.
