Let me be honest - these aviator sunglasses are definitely not your premium Ray-Bans. But for the price, they served their purpose as a fun costume accessory during my Halloween party.
The mirror lenses are DARK. Like, 'can't see my own feet in broad daylight' dark. I actually had to take them off inside the club because I kept bumping into people. Ended up wearing them on my shirt collar like a 70s rockstar, which surprisingly got some compliments!
The frames feel flimsy - they arrived slightly bent and needed some reshaping. After wearing them for about 4 hours, I noticed the arms were starting to loosen up. Wouldn't trust these to stay put during active movement.
UV protection claim? Hard to verify, but given how intensely dark the lenses are, I'd guess they at least block some sunlight. Wouldn't rely on them for serious sun protection though.
Final verdict: Perfect if you need disposable costume glasses that look cool in photos. Terrible if you want actual functional sunglasses. At this price point, you're basically paying for the aesthetic and nothing else.
