Okay, so I've been using this angle grinder stand for a few weeks now, and here's the tea ☕️.
First off, the build feels solid – that iron metal material ain't playing around. The smooth bottom plate is a nice touch; no scratches on my tiles so far. Vibration? Barely noticeable, which is huge when you're trying to get clean cuts.
The 1-3mm adjustment range is clutch for different tile thicknesses. I did a bathroom reno last week and it handled everything from thin subway tiles to thicker porcelain like a champ.
BIG shoutout to the cooling design though – that little water pipe interface saved me from dust apocalypse. The included 2m hose is long enough to reach my water source without awkward contortions.
Now the not-so-great: Had to use my own diamond blade since the included ones didn't fit my 4.5" grinder (annoying but not a dealbreaker). Also, zero instructions in the box – had to YouTube how to set it up properly.
Final verdict? For the price, it's a game-changer if you do regular tile work. Not pro-grade perfection, but way better than freehanding those 45° cuts. Just double-check your grinder size before buying!
