Let me start by saying this Dmyond soap dispenser has become my kitchen's MVP. The touchless operation is a game-changer when your hands are covered in raw chicken juice or flour. No more smearing gunk on pump handles!
The motion sensor works like magic - wave your hand and bam! Soap appears in 0.25 seconds. I keep mine set to the second gear (0.8s) which gives the perfect dollop for handwashing. The four adjustable settings are genius - my kids use the lowest setting while I prefer more soap for dishwashing.
That 11.8oz capacity is no joke either. I only refill mine every 3-4 weeks with diluted dish soap (70% soap + 30% water works best). The USB-C charging is convenient, though fair warning - it takes about 4 hours for a full charge that lasts me nearly 3 months.
Now for the not-so-great: The unit feels a bit plasticky, and I did have one fail after a month (just made pumping noises). Customer service replaced it quickly though. Also, avoid thick soaps - they clog the mechanism something fierce.
Mounting options are solid with included adhesive strips, but I prefer keeping it freestanding by my sink. The sleek white design blends nicely with my kitchen aesthetic.
Bottom line? When it works (which is most of the time), this dispenser makes handwashing ridiculously convenient and hygienic. Just stick to thin liquids and maybe buy from somewhere with good return policy just in case.
