The push lever is MASSIVE (bigger than expected!) which is awesome for hygiene. My staff can elbow-bump it even with full hands. The viewing window is genius – no more guessing when we’re running low on soap.

Now the elephant in the room: refills. While the 8L bags last forever (seriously, months!), finding Scott/Kleenex brand replacements has become a nightmare. I had to hunt through three suppliers last refill cycle. Kimberly-Clark’s website listing these as ‘obsolete’ is concerning.

Mounting was my only setup frustration – no screws or tape included. Had to raid my toolbox, which felt cheap for a premium-priced unit.
